Administrative Tasks
- Managing phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintaining accurate records, such as student attendance, fee payments, and staff attendance.
- Organizing and filing important documents, including contracts, student information, inspection reports, and municipality folders.
- Updating databases with information on children, parents, and staff.
Parent Communication
- Acting as the primary point of contact for parents regarding queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Scheduling and organizing parent meetings, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Sending newsletters, updates, and event announcements to parents.
Financial Duties
- Preparing and issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue fees.
- Managing expenses, purchasing nursery supplies, and reconciling budgets.
- Preparing payroll, handling staff salaries, and managing bank-related tasks.
Human Resource Support
- Coordinating recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for new staff.
- Monitoring staff attendance, managing leave requests, and issuing warning letters if needed.
- Supporting staff with resources, materials, and training requirements.
- Compliance and Inspections
- Ensuring adherence to government and regulatory standards (e.g., ADEK or Ministry guidelines).
- Preparing necessary documentation and risk assessments for inspections.
- Keeping updated on safety, hygiene, and child protection regulations.
Event and Curriculum Support
- Coordinating and managing nursery events, activities, and celebrations.
- Supporting the implementation of the curriculum by organizing materials and ensuring teachers have the resources they need.
- Assisting in marketing campaigns and outreach to boost nursery admissions.
- Health and Safety
- Monitoring health and safety practices within the nursery.
- Ensuring all necessary health precautions, such as cleanliness and hygiene, are maintained.
- Keeping parents informed about health policies, including illness prevention and action plans.
Other Responsibilities
- Monitoring CCTV (if applicable) to ensure safety and security within the nursery.
- Managing supplies such as stationery, educational tools, and cleaning materials.
- Liaising with external vendors, contractors, and consultants as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED300.00 - AED400.00 per month
