About This Role

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Cum Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at JST Limited Electronic LLC-O.P.C. This dual-role position combines administrative support with sales coordination, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office administration tasks, maintaining accurate records, supporting sales activities, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth in the competitive electronics industry. With a focus on organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving, the Admin Cum Sales Representative will support both administrative workflows and sales initiatives to ensure smooth business operations and strong client relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, data entry, and office supply coordination.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with sales team to schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Support order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination with logistics partners.
  • Prepare and organize reports related to sales performance, inventory status, and customer activity.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment on customer needs, delivery timelines, and service standards.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  • Monitor and manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or sales support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and electronic products is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in business administration is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
