- This dual-role position combines administrative support with sales coordination, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office administration tasks, maintaining accurate records, supporting sales activities, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth in the competitive electronics industry.
- With a focus on organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving, the Admin Cum Sales Representative will support both administrative workflows and sales initiatives to ensure smooth business operations and strong client relationships. **Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, data entry, and office supply coordination.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with sales team to schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Support order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination with logistics partners.
- Prepare and organize reports related to sales performance, inventory status, and customer activity.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment on customer needs, delivery timelines, and service standards.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
- Monitor and manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation processes.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or sales support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and electronic products is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in business administration is preferred.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
