We are looking for a dynamic and organized **Admin & Sales Coordinator** to join our team.
This role is a perfect blend of front office management and client coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and supporting business growth.
We are Looking for ELV and IT Product and Services Sales Coordinator like CCTV, Structured cabling, Access Control, Time attendance system and , PABX systems, UPS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely communication.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients.
- Identify potential clients and contribute to new business development.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and other tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
- Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
