Role Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Coordinator who is fluent in Tagalog for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. In this role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, organize schedules, oversee office operations, and provide exceptional customer service. You will liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency while also supporting basic financial processes and records.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with fluency in Tagalog and English
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills for multitasking and managing office operations effectively
- Basic understanding of Finance for handling records and billing processes
- Detail-oriented with time management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with office software tools such as MS Office Suite
- A professional and dependable approach to work in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is highly desirable
