Job description
- Plan and coordinate events, festivals, school programs, and special activities within the park.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, animal care, and guest services) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and sponsors for event logistics and partnerships.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and procurement requests.
- Assist the Head of Marketing in executing integrated campaigns for all year-round marketing activities.
- Coordinate delivery of marketing assets with design teams and agencies.
- Support in developing content calendars and ensuring timely rollout of campaign touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and support optimisation of ongoing activities.
- Support cross-departmental coordination to ensure campaign readiness at all visitor touchpoints.
- Support the drafting of press releases, media alerts, and communication briefs for the PR agency.
- Coordinate media visits, influencer engagements, and familiarisation tours.
