- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and document control processes.
- Handle company emails and coordinate correspondence with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Review RFPs, project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Prepare quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material cost estimates.
- Review contracts and identify discrepancies, risks, or clarification requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documentation.
- Support engineering and construction teams with administrative and project-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are updated and properly archived.
- Ensure confidentiality and professional communication in all business interactions.
