Overview
- BIM Modeling: Develop detailed 3D plumbing models using software such as Revit,
- AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks, adhering to project standards and specifications.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Collaborate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical,
- civil, structural) to identify and resolve clashes, ensuring integrated system designs.
- Drawing Production: Prepare and update coordinated shop drawings, spool drawings, and
- as-built drawings for plumbing systems.
- Technical Support: Assist engineers and project teams with model-related queries and
- provide support during design and execution stages.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of revisions, model updates, and project
- documentation related to plumbing systems.
- Quality Control: Ensure all models meet company quality standards and are consistent with
- project requirements.
- Site Collaboration: Coordinate with site engineers to reflect changes and updates in the BIM
- model based on field conditions or design modifications.
