Job Summary
An Accounts Assistant supports the finance department by handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting.
The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices and sales invoices
- Recording financial transactions in accounting software
- Assisting with payroll preparation
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Preparing and maintaining financial documents and records
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
- Handling petty cash transactions
- Supporting audits and tax preparation
- Communicating with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Female, 25-35 years old can join immediately
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping for healthcare facility (Clinic/Hospital) is required
