**Industry:** Premium Aesthetic Clinic
We are seeking an **experienced and highly capable Accounts Manager** to join our prestigious aesthetic clinic in **Jumeirah**.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven experience managing accounts within a **premium healthcare, aesthetic, or luxury service environment**.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Handle payroll processing and staff compensation records
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Supervise and support the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
✔ Minimum **5+ years of Accounts Management experience**
✔ Prior experience in **aesthetic clinics, healthcare, hospitality, or premium luxury service businesses preferred**
✔ Strong knowledge of **UAE accounting standards, payroll systems, VAT, and compliance requirements**
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
✔ High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
✔ Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a must)
