About Action
Action is a non-food discount retailer that began in the Netherlands in 1993 and operates more than 2,650 stores in 12 countries.
Role responsibilities
- Work with colleagues to keep the store stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Help customers find products when needed.
- Replenish and organize shelves and carry out checkout duties.
Compensation and benefits
- Gross annual salary is €14,022.68, paid over 14 monthly installments.
- Employee discount of 15% on all products.
Schedule
- Part-time, 24 hours per week, classified at level 5 under the CCNL DMO.
- Shift work across six days per week; shifts are planned four weeks in advance.
Candidate requirements
- High school diploma.
- Flexible availability for at least 24 hours per week, including weekends.
- Customer-oriented, respectful, team-minded, disciplined, and supportive of simplicity and avoiding waste.
