Responsibilities
- Coordinate school events, clubs, and enrichment programs.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to align activities with the curriculum and school values.
- Manage activity schedules, resources, and logistics.
- Engage families and the wider community, promote participation, and monitor student engagement.
- Ensure activities adhere to school policies and safety standards.
- Report on activity outcomes and continuously improve the program.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, families, colleagues, and community partners.
- Training and program facilitation skills for designing, delivering, and supporting workshops, clubs, and student development activities.
- Event organization skills for school initiatives, projects, and special programs.
- Relevant experience in education, youth programs, or school activities coordination is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple activities.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for planning, communication, and reporting.
