Qualifications

  • Required Education:
  • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree and 9 years related experience or Master’s degree and 7 years related NRO acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated experience with non-FAR based acquisition packages
  • NRO acquisition support experience of 5+ years
  • Working knowledge of FAR, NAM, Contract types and acquisition processes, tools
  • Experience in research and development acquisitions to include technology development planning
  • Experience in acquisition planning and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional team

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
  • Effective interpersonal skills and strong briefing skills
  • Mentoring and coaching skills to develop staff
