What You Will Do
- Provide expert support for acquisition planning, cost/price analysis, and proposal evaluation.
- Assist with technical reviews, contract administration, and performance management.
- Develop acquisition-related policies, guidelines, and support materials.
- Advise FEMA staff on complex procurement issues and federal acquisition requirements.
- Support contract closeout and lifecycle acquisition activities.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
15 or more years of acquisition support experience.
Expert-level knowledge of the FAR.
Extensive experience with federal acquisition lifecycle functions.
Strong leadership, analysis, and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex acquisitions and policy development.
- Ability to provide senior-level advisory support across multiple acquisition functions.
- Familiarity with proposal evaluation, price/cost analysis, and technical analysis.
- Strong background in contract administration and closeout support.
