Manages incoming payments, customer accounts, invoicing, and collection of outstanding balances.
Maintains financial records, resolves billing discrepancies, and coordinates with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Issue invoices, post payments, monitor balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and prepare aging reports.
- Track receivables, coordinate billing matters, and process credit notes, refunds, and adjustments.
- Support month-end close, financial reporting, and audits; maintain transaction documentation and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping is an advantage.
- 1–3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, receivables, invoicing, billing cycles, and credit terms.
- Experience using SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or a similar accounting system; proficiency in Excel for reporting and reconciliation.

- Attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Communication, customer service, professional payment follow-up, and dispute resolution.
- Time management, organization, record-keeping, prioritization, and confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of credit control and cash flow; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
