Overview
We are hiring for **Account Manager - Events** to join our team here in Abu Dhabi.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of events from brief to execution.
The role acts as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are understood, proposals are developed, timelines are managed, and projects are delivered to the expected quality, budget, and deadline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Receive client briefs and coordinate with creative, production, operations, and supplier teams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines.
- Support business development by identifying upselling and new project opportunities.
- Manage project budgets, supplier coordination, and client approvals.
- Ensure smooth event delivery from planning, production, onsite execution, and post-event reporting.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and live event execution when required.
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, or experiential marketing.
- Strong client servicing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of event production, timelines, budgeting, and supplier management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
