About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Accounts Manager with a strong background in the UAE construction sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing project accounts, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Handle project accounting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis for multiple construction projects
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate and manage audits (internal and external)
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including subcontractor and supplier payments
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Ensure proper cost control measures are in place for all projects
- Supervise and guide the accounting team
• CA Qualified (Mandatory)
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in construction or contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, and project finance
- Thorough understanding of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
