We are seeking an experienced **Account Manager** with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to manage and develop key client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities;
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor customer performance, sales trends, and market activities.
- Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and account management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
