Job Summary
ARKA Ventures is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage accounting, reporting, and financial operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel knowledge, and the ability to communicate professionally with international clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly accounts closing and management reports
- Generate MIS reports for management review
- Prepare cash flow reports, forecasting, and financial models
- Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and records
- Support budgeting, planning, and business decision-making
- Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders on financial matters
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably at managerial level
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong experience in accounts closing and reporting
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero
- Strong understanding of balance sheet preparation and reconciliations
- Excellent English communication skills, as the role involves dealing with international clients on a day-to-day basis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
