Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Accounts Manager** to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations for our UAE entity.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management in line with IFRS and UAE statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax requirements
- Coordinate and support external audits and financial reviews
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial records
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and improve accounting processes
- Manage ERP system entries, reporting, and financial data integrity
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience (UAE experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage full-cycle accounting independently
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Immediate availability preferred
- **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday Off)
- Pay: AED7,350.00 per month
