Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant / Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and team leadership, with a proven track record of handling complex accounting functions in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders
• Support senior management with financial insights and strategic decision-making

Qualifications & Skills:* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Attributes:* Experience in managing large-scale financial operations

• Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
