Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, cost control, and inventory management, along with hands-on experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
This role requires close coordination with multiple departments to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting functions including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Monitor production and operational costs to support profitability and cost efficiency
- Manage inventory and stock accounting for raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in ERP/SAP systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for budgeting and cost tracking
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes effectively
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve cost control and business performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
