Overview
Job Title: Accounts Coordinator – Blinds & Curtain Department (UAE Driving License Required)
**Job Type:** Full-time
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support our Blinds & Curtain Department.
The ideal candidate will handle project coordination, office administration, basic accounting tasks, and site coordination.
The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and be willing to visit project sites when required.
Experience
with Odoo, Tally, and strong Excel skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations for the blinds and curtain department
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Handle basic bookkeeping and maintain financial records
- Manage petty cash and expense tracking
- Update data in Odoo and Tally software
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
Requirements
- Proven experience as Office Coordinator / Project Coordinator
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting
- Experience handling petty cash
- Hands-on experience with **Odoo software**
- Experience with **Tally ERP**
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
