About This Role


We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized IT Accounts Assistant to support our IT and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling IT-related financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with budgeting and procurement processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process IT-related invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and on time.

  • Maintain updated records of IT assets, software licenses, and service contracts.

  • Assist in IT budgeting, expense tracking, and preparation of financial reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for IT purchases, renewals, and vendor payments.

  • Support internal audits and maintain proper documentation for IT-related expenses.

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in accounting or IT-related financial management is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software procurement processes.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
