Position overview

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer billing and accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, collections, direct debits, and billing exception monitoring.
• Support revenue accruals and reconcile billing to the NetSuite financial system.
• Test system enhancements.
• Cross-train with finance staff to provide backup coverage during absences and support audit and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
• Create financial performance reports for internal and external use.
• Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including journal entries, audit work papers, and account reconciliations.
• Create and use automated tools for updating, analyzing, and reporting financial results.

Qualifications

• Accounting background and/or degree is preferred.
