Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Review and resolve client rejected orders in a timely manner.
• Set up standing orders for Cash Vault customers.
• Research vendor issues on daily reports and issues received in group mailboxes.
• Work on monthly reporting from AML service partners.
• Execute routine transactions, identify and escalate exceptions, and coordinate with service partners to complete transactions.
• Ensure transaction materials and documentation are available and applicable equipment is operational.
• Respond to inquiries, provide workflow feedback, and participate in process improvement, risk mitigation, quality, and compliance activities.
• Review transaction documents and processes for accuracy and established service-level and policy conformance.
• May help train and onboard new hires.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require less than one year of related experience; related experience or product knowledge may be needed.
• No degree or required certification is specified.
• Competencies include accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, operational functions, process management, and standard operating procedures.
• Preferred skills include accountability, customer solutions, personal initiative, process improvement, results orientation, risk mitigation, and SOP knowledge.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Work arrangement

• The role is based remotely in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, subject to approval for remote work in select locations.
• Approved remote work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, confidential home workspace.
• Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
