About the Role
Alpha Leadership Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and experience
d Part-Time Accountan
t to oversee UAE tax compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UAE VAT submissions, corporate tax compliance, and multi-entity accounting, particularly within Free Zone structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly and quarterly VAT returns in compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Manage corporate tax compliance and filings for Meydan Free Zone and RAK ICC entities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, general ledger entries, and supporting documentation.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, and cash flow summaries.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain audit-ready financial records and supporting schedules.
- Develop and maintain financial KPI dashboards and quarterly reporting packs for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on UAE accounting and VAT compliance experience.
- Proven experience preparing and submitting VAT returns through the FTA portal.
- Strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with Free Zone entities, including regulatory and tax obligations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books, Xero, or similar platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent.
- Experience managing accounting for multiple entities or holding company structures.
- Familiarity with Qualifying Free Zone Person (QFZP)

- Familiarity with cross-border UAE–Saudi compliance.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
