Vice President – Supply Chain

📍 Jeddah, KSA | FMCG Industry | Executive Leadership Role

We are partnering with a leading FMCG organization to appoint a highly strategic and operationally driven Vice President – Supply Chain to lead and transform end-to-end supply chain operations across a large-scale, fast-paced business environment.

This role will oversee the full supply chain function including procurement, demand planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and supply chain transformation initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, cost optimization, and service efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
• Drive operational efficiencies, service levels, and cost optimization initiatives across the supply chain network
• Develop and implement scalable supply chain processes aligned with business growth objectives
• Oversee S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance management
• Lead large-scale logistics and distribution operations across multiple regions/sites
• Build strategic relationships with suppliers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and ERP/supply chain systems enhancement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain teams

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within the FMCG sector
• Proven experience managing large-scale supply chain operations in a complex, high-volume environment
• Strong expertise in planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
• Demonstrated success in driving transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

Preferred Background:

• Experience within multinational or large regional FMCG organizations
• Familiarity with ERP and advanced supply chain planning systems
