Accountant

Own daily banking activity — performing bank reconciliations and recording journal entries with a sharp eye for accuracy.

Drive our Accounts Payable payment process end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls, while resolving vendor inquiries with a helpful, can-do attitude.

Review Concur expense reports for policy compliance.

Responsible for the month-end and quarter-end close, including preparing expense accruals, recording journal entries, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.

Maintain our Fixed Asset Module in NetSuite and keep fixed asset records accurate and current.

Prepare and file annual Form 1099s, ensuring timely, accurate compliance with IRS requirements.

Support our sales tax reconciliation process.

Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.

A proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.

This position has a base salary range between $120k - $125k. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.

This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
