Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Accountant** with a background in **Real Estate accounting** and **Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance**.
Accounting & Financial Management
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax authorities as required.
- VAT Accounting.
Real Estate Accounting
- Manage accurate accounting for real estate property sales, leases, and projects including off-plan sales, commissions, and escrow transactions.
- Coordinate with property management and sales teams for transaction reconciliations.
Aml Compliance
- Monitor and review financial transactions to identify potential AML risks.
- Conduct and maintain **KYC documentation** for clients, tenants, and vendors.
- Stay updated on UAE AML laws, regulatory changes, and compliance procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
- Minimum **3 years of UAE-based accounting experience**, preferably in **real estate**.
- Solid understanding of **RERA compliance**, and **VAT accounting**.
- Experience with accounting systems such as **QuickBooks, Tally, Yardi, or Oracle**.
