Responsibilities
- Generate inventory and leads for secondary market - sales and rentals through listings.
- Coordinate with property owners, buyers, developers, mortgage brokers, and legal representatives.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the property market.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
