Role Overview
The Specialist, Profitability & Cost Performance (Subsidiaries) supports profitability reporting, manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, intercompany costing support and dashboard preparation for AMTPJ subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
The role supports the Lead in generating accurate and timely analytical reports by extracting, validating and analyzing SAP and operational data across subsidiaries.
Provides visibility into product profitability, manufacturing cost performance, subsidiary operational performance, intercompany cost and margin analysis, sales backlog profitability, COPQ and operational cost drivers.
Ensures reporting standardization, data consistency and analytical alignment between subsidiaries and AMTPJ corporate reporting requirements.

Role Summary
The Specialist, Profitability & Cost Performance (Subsidiaries) supports profitability reporting, manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, intercompany costing support and dashboard preparation for AMTPJ subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
The role supports the Lead in generating accurate and timely analytical reports by extracting, validating and analyzing SAP and operational data across subsidiaries.
Provides visibility into product profitability, manufacturing cost performance, subsidiary operational performance, intercompany cost and margin analysis, sales backlog profitability, COPQ and operational cost drivers.
Ensures reporting standardization, data consistency and analytical alignment between subsidiaries and AMTPJ corporate reporting requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support preparation of monthly profitability reports for subsidiaries using SAP CO-PA and related systems.
- Prepare profitability dashboards and analytical reports by subsidiary/entity, customer, sales order, product category and region.
- Support analysis of profitability performance across subsidiaries and identify major margin deviations.
- Validate data accuracy and reconcile subsidiary reporting outputs with Finance and Operations teams.
- Support monthly manufacturing cost performance analysis against standard cost, budget and prior periods.
- Analyse operational cost drivers including material consumption, yield losses, utility consumption, cycle times and rework & scrap.
- Prepare variance analysis reports with supporting explanations for subsidiaries management and corporate finance teams.
- Prepare monthly backlog profitability reports and dashboards for subsidiaries operations.
- Support preparation of RFQ costing models and profitability simulations for subsidiaries products and operations.
- Prepare monthly COPQ analysis and supporting reports for subsidiaries operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SAP or other reporting tools.
- Support Internal and External Audit activities by preparing required reports, reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Qualification and Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Cost Management (CMA preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, profitability analysis, or performance reporting.
