As we continue to expand, we are looking for
Accountant
to join our Finance team and support accurate financial operations and reporting processes.
What You'Ll Do
- Perform accounting activities related to fixed assets, including recording, tracking, and maintaining accurate asset records
- Manage and process prepaid expenses accounting, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation
- Process daily operational transactions and ensure accurate accounting entries
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing required schedules, entries, and supporting documents
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Practical knowledge of account reconciliations, journal entries, and transaction processing
- Experience or academic exposure to fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and month-end closing activities
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
