- -Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable
- -Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- -Handle client trust accounts in compliance with legal accounting standards
- -Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
- -Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits
- -Coordinate with legal teams regarding billing, invoicing, and collections
- -Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- -Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- UAE VAT Filing with 100% accuracy
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Proven experience as an accountant, -preferably within a legal or professional services firm
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and trust accounting
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar)
-High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities
-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
