We are seeking two (2) qualified Accountants to join our operations in Hameem, Abu Dhabi. These positions are highly urgent and require candidates who can balance core financial accounting with the administrative complexities of labor camp management and workers' affairs within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Accounts Payable (AP): Manage supplier invoices, perform complex reconciliations, and ensure all payments are processed timely.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Prepare and issue accommodation-related invoices (room rent, laundry, inventory, utilities) and proactively monitor collections.
• Cost Control: Record and control company expenses with rigorous documentation and precise cost allocation.
• Cash Handling: Manage petty cash, oversee disbursements, and conduct periodic reconciliations.
• Budget Monitoring: Oversee repair and maintenance expenses, including vendor coordination and cost tracking.

2. Labor Camp Administration & Workers’ Affairs

• Compliance: Manage workers’ documentation in strict compliance with UAE regulations.
• Operations: Oversee payroll inputs, visa processing, and labor camp administration tasks.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between the site operations and the corporate finance office to ensure all facility costs are tracked.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced UAE experience in Accounting
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Labor Camp / Facility Management
• Advanced MS Excel & Financial Reporting
• Professional English (Written & Verbal).
• Fluent Arabic Speaker (Mandatory for Junior role)

Core Skills Required:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• In-depth familiarity with UAE Labor Law and visa processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
