Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant who is fluent in French to join our dynamic finance team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Your ability to speak French will enable you to handle financial matters for our French-speaking clients and liaise with our offices in Francophone countries. You will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial information. In this position, you will also assist in budget preparation, auditing processes, and providing insights that help shape financial strategies. Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with French tax regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial and operational audits as required.
• Assist in the development and management of financial systems and policies.
• Provide accurate financial information to management in both French and English.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments.
• Coordinate with French-speaking clients to address their financial inquiries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial data analysis.
• Monitor and support taxation compliance and ensure statutory requirements are met.
• Support the finance team in preparing presentations for meetings and events.
• Implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum of two years accounting experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
