**Restaurant Profit & Loss Accounts:** Prepare and analyze profit & loss statements for all restaurant locations.

**Petty Cash Reconciliation:** Oversee and reconcile petty cash transactions from all restaurant locations and warehouse.

Also, reconcile petty cash used by PRO and Head office, ensuring proper documentation and approval.

**Payables:** Manage the accounts payable process and online payments, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

**Visa Reconciliation:** Manage and reconcile visa-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies.

**Credit Card Reconciliation:** Reconcile credit card transactions monthly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

**Utility and Operational Expenses:** Process and reconcile DEWA and Telephone bills.

Also, track and reconcile fuel expenses.

**Turnover Reporting:** Track and report on turnover across all the restaurant locations

**Bank Reconciliation:** Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

**Stores Discounts Check and Part sales:** Verify and reconcile discounts offered at restaurants as well as reconcile part sales transactions.

**Weekly Bank Balance:** Monitor and report on weekly bank balances.

**Special Permits and Vendors:** Process and manage expenses related to musician permits aswell as reconcile Warehouse vendor payments.

**Till Cash:** Reconcile cash in tills at all restaurant locations.

**Expense Management:** Manage, reconcile and report all HR- related, Marketing -related and Senior Management related expenses.

**Weekly Payment Summary:** Prepare a summary of weekly payments for review to support business decision-making.

**Inventory Variance Reporting:** Prepare weekly and periodic Inventory Variance reports to track discrepancies between recorded and actual inventory levels.

**Financial Audits:** Conduct regular financial audits of restaurant locations to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions as well as prepare audit reports and findings to senior management.
