Job Summary:

We at My Group Holding are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, banking, and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and strong exposure to online banking operations, bank account management, and financial reporting. This role requires accuracy, accountability, and the ability to handle multiple transactions across entities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for all financial transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, journal entries, and credit notes
• Manage online banking activities, including fund transfers, payments, and transaction monitoring
• Handle bank account opening procedures, including documentation and coordination with banks
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank balances
• Coordinate with banks on transactions, queries, and documentation requirements
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
• Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and schedules
• Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in financial data
• Assist in budget tracking, expense analysis, and cost control
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles within UAE
• Hands-on experience with online banking platforms and bank coordination
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payment processing
• Familiarity with bank account opening and documentation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in trading, holding companies, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of financial audits and reporting standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA – part-qualified or completed) are an advantage

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
