Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, and generating financial reports.
The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying process improvements, and supporting internal and external audits, while maintaining strict confidentiality in all financial matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
- Knowledge of local and international accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for account reconciliation and problem-solving
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage)
- Prior experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end industry is preferred
