About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to handle daily office operations, support project coordination, and ensure smooth communication between site and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage **daily office operations and administrative tasks**
  • Handle **calls, emails, and client inquiries**
  • Maintain and organize **documents, drawings, and project files**
  • Prepare **quotations, invoices, and LPOs**
  • Assist in **project coordination** between site and office
  • Track **materials, deliveries, and supplier coordination**
  • Maintain **employee records and attendance**
  • Support in **basic accounting tasks** (expenses, petty cash)
  • Schedule **meetings and appointments**
  • Prepare **reports and documentation** as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Business Administration or related field**
  • 1 years experience in **office administration (preferably construction/interior field)**
  • Good knowledge of **MS Office (Excel, Word, Zoho)**
  • Basic knowledge of **accounting** is an advantage
  • Strong **communication and organizational skills**

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
