Duties & Responsibilities (Accounting Cum Admin)

  • Maintain accurate financial records, bookkeeping, and proper filing of documents
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Track company expenses and ensure cost control
  • Assist in preparing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and related records
  • Ensure compliance with VAT and local financial regulations
  • Support audits by providing required financial data and documents
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
  • Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official documents
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management
  • Assist HR with employee documentation, onboarding, and records
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
