The company provides close‑range façade inspections enhanced by 3D building modelling, high‑rise glass replacement, cladding remediation, leak investigations, façade cleaning, and remedial works at height.
Accountant – Australian Bookkeeping & Finance Specialist (Immediate Joiner)
Salary
AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Accountant
to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
Australian bookkeeping
, strong knowledge of
Xero
and
Tanda
, and familiarity with
Odoo ERP
.
This role requires someone who can independently manage accounting operations, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Process journal entries and month-end adjustments.
- Complete month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and management accounts.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update records within Xero, Tanda, and Odoo.
- Support audit and financial compliance requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
- Proven experience in
- Australian bookkeeping and accounting practices

- Strong working knowledge of
Xero

- Experience with
Tanda
- (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of
Odoo ERP
- (Mandatory).
- Experience with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
