Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and support the company’s financial operations.
The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
- Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks)
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
