Role overview
Accountant role managing daily accounting activities, financial records, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records, invoices, receipts, and payment entries; manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash; prepare VAT calculations, returns, and supporting records.
- Assist with UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filing, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up with clients.
- Prepare financial reports and support office administration, filing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and previous accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software; good written and spoken English.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
