Account Team Lead

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment.

A proactive and collaborative team leader with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes is essential.

Candidates must have experience in AR denial management.

Strong knowledge of EMR software, CPT codes, ICD-10, and insurance web portals.

Leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Delaware, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas or Pennsylvania Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of Billing Specialists, providing feedback, training and coaching
• Responsible for managing all account receivable follow up activity within team and analyzing denial data through trend analysis and comparative reporting
• Manage and coordinate day to day workflow of team members
• Assist in resolving complex billing situations
• Identify payor denial trends and work with to proactively address issues
• Prepare reports for monthly meetings
• Review End of Month (EOM) reports
• Supervise paid-to-patient receivables
• Performs special projects as assigned Schedule:
