Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term, positive relationships with key client accounts.
- Lead and manage account teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Assist in the development of strategic account plans to drive client growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the accounts team.
- Advise clients on strategic initiatives and provide innovative solutions to meet their goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Regularly evaluate account processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review progress and build relationships.
- Identify potential risks to client accounts and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor client satisfaction and create strategies to remedy dissatisfaction or issues.
- Provide training and mentorship for account executives and junior team members.
- Analyze client account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Supervisor or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required for client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in account management software and CRM tools is necessary.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.
