- مهام محاسب الموردين:
- معالجة وتسجيل ومراجعة فواتير الموردين وضمان الدقة والتحقق من أوامر الشراء والتسليم في الوقت المناسب.
- متابعة فواتير المشتريات والمدفوعات والتأكد من اعتماد صاحب الصلاحية.
- طلب كشوفات حساب وتسوية حسابات الموردين مع مطابقة أرصدتها .
- اعداد كشف بالمدفوعات المستحقة ومتابعتها .
- متابعة أوامر الشراء المعلقة مع قسم المشتريات .
- متابعة مديونية الموردين عن طريق اعمار الذمم ومتابعة مواعيد السداد واعداد كشف فيها .
- تسجيل تكاليف البضاعه الفعلية ومطابقتها مع التكلفة التقديرية.
- تسجيل أسعار البيع بناء على التعميد مع التحديث ان وجد.
- الشروط:
- شهادة البكالوريوس او اعلى في تخصص المحاسبة
- شهادة سوكبا
- سعودي الجنسية
- خبرة لاتقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال
