Account Manager, Small Business in TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking line of business.
The role focuses on customer experience, profitable business growth, and achieving target results.
Work location is Calgary, Alberta; stated hours are 37.5.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand customer relationships and network with local business leaders to create business opportunities.
- Understand small business customer needs and provide customized information and advice.
- Work with branch banking, commercial banking centers, and wealth partners to provide holistic advice and resources.
- Keep current on trends and develop knowledge of the business, tools, and techniques.
- Share knowledge, support a positive team environment, and communicate issues promptly.
Job requirements
- University degree and/or relevant entry-level work experience.
- Accounting or finance coursework is an asset and may be gained through experience.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and acquire new clients.
- Strong business development and prospecting skills.
- Positive, dynamic professional with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Pay details
- Posted pay range is $69,700–$98,400 CAD; no compensation cadence is stated.
