Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, allowing occasional remote work opportunities.

The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

include managing client communications, analyzing customer needs, setting performance goals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Additional duties include monitoring account performance, resolving client concerns, and preparing regular reports on account activities and sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and client relationship skills, including managing communications and maintaining long-term client satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and implement solutions effectively
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and reporting to meet account performance goals
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and a basic understanding of the food, grocery, or logistics industries is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in account management or a client-facing role is highly desirable
