Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and coordinating internal resources
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure retention
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in account management or client relations, preferably within the technology industry
- Familiarity with SAP or YPP programs is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously with a strong focus on detail
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
