SAP Account Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key SAP clients, serving as their primary point of contact
• Understand client needs and objectives, proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional services or solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions and projects
• Monitor account performance, address any issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular account reports and updates for clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
• Assist in contract renewals and negotiations to strengthen client relationships
• Stay current on SAP trends, updates, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the SAP or technology sector
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, including their capabilities and benefits
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused approach
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
